Hi when I am clicking on Products in the back end to update it just freezes the rest of my joomla back end works fine but HikaShop is crashing in both products and categories.
I have been trying to upload CSV files due to the size of my shop.

Hi Stephen,

How much product did you import with the CSV upload? Also, where does that CSV was coming from?
The problem may come from the number of product you have.

Alright, let's try to fix that :).
First try to disable the "Back end categories explorer" is the main configuration. If you have a lot of category it may be the source of the problem.

That's normal since you are at the root of the categories repository.
You can either select the "All sub element" in the top right filter or select a specific category in the top left dropdown.

I have just gone through and deleated all the Items that I uploaded Via CSV
I have had a look at the front of my shop and that has now got erroe messages all over it is that due to me turning off the Back end categories explorer?

I don't think it can be linked to the category explorer. What kind of message do you have?
And does turning the category explorer solve this problem?

gofarr.cloudaccess.net/
Category explorer makes no difference to this at all but since turning it off and deleating all the product files I now have these issues. Arrghhh.

These errors are not coming from Hikashop as you can see in the message.
However, you can disable the "error reporting" option in Joomla's configuration and these errors won't be displayed anymore.

Hi Eliot, I am still suffering with the same problem I cannot access my products listings what I would like to do is uninstall Hikashop and start again with a fresh copy.

In that case, you can go in your phpmyadmin and delete all the hikashop tables in the database. Then you can install HikaShop again and it will put back all the tables with the default data.

This means that the files of the package cannot be copied.

Please rename the folders administrator/components/com_hikashop and components/com_hikashop via FTP and install again
