error in list of orders and order view

I get this error when I am viewing the list of orders, or am in a order

Notice: Undefined property: MenuViewMenu::$ctrl in D:\Inetpub\vhosts\ourhappyguests.com\httpdocs\plugins\hikashop\attachinvoice\attachinvoice.php on line 62

It's a fixed bug of the plugin PDF. You can download it again using the link you received and it should fix it.
