Navigation buttons in shadowbox

I think I do understand 1,3 and 4. But i miss number 2. What do you mean by 'product format div'.
And one more question: should the shadowbox embedded or external be selected?

Thank you so much Bertrand. It works great. The problem here was that I used an old override for the old embedded shadowbox. After deleting this old file (hikashop_image.php in folder <template>/html) the Rokbox works.

It works for me as well except as mentioned earlier, I am seeing the following issue:

- If the user clicks on the thumbnails, navigation is working perfectly.
- If the user clicks on the main images, not the thumbnails, the navigation arrows are missing. How can this be fixed?

Corrected: Mobile is not an issue
Only main image has no navigation.

I purchased the plugin and chose to use the swipebox.
At first, it works fine if I click on the product images loaded in the product page.
Once I change the charachteristics, everything breaks and the pop up windows come back empty.
Does this plugin work when we are dealing with product with multiple charachteristics?

Je vais essayer de faire un patch pour le plugin afin de gérer ce cas ; mais il faut trouver la façon de faire un "clear" du cache de "swipebox" afin de pouvoir re-créer une nouvelle galerie en oubliant les images précédentes..."
