Products not showing in backend

Hi,

Probably because of changes we made to support more things or look better, etc which for example made it consume more resources than before or something like that. But hard to say anything without any error message...
Can you provide a backend access (with access to the Joomla configuration page to be able to activate the debug/error reporting) and a FTP access and precise instructions on how to reproduce the problem along with a link to this thread via our contact form so that we can have a look ?

Hi,

Thank you for that.
I was able to understand the situation and added a patch in order to prevent the issue from happening.
It was a small check missing in the loading of custom product fields which generated the issue due to the big amount of categories you have.
The patch is added to the install package on our website and will also be in the next version of HikaShop.

Will see that I can get the patch this weekend in my other test environment and on to my production environment !!

And the missing errors, was that something I did wrong ? Because then I would like to know, to avoid that mistake next time.

Hi,

No the error was a missing check in the code which didn't impact merchants normally, only if you had a really big amount of categories.
