Problem with multilanguage categories

Hi,

Well, today, I didn't had the 500 error, so I couldn't look into it.
However, I could see the website so I could check the frontend situation and the backend settings. I was also able to access the FTP, so I was finally hoping to be able to look into it.
However, the components/com_hikashop folder has been configured to not be readable:

So I wasn't able to access it to add the necessary debug in the files involved with the routing, which is where I think is the problem.
Could you check the permissions of that folder so that the FTP account you provided can access that folder ?

yes, enabled permissions on com_hikashop folder

Hi,

Thanks. I was able to debug.
It comes from an issue with the translation overrides not being taken into account properly for the routing of URLs with HikaShop Starter. And that's why I couldn't replicate because I was testing with the Business edition.
I've added the patch on your test website and it's working fine now.
I've also added it as a hot patch to the current release of HikaShop, so you can directly download the install package of the latest version of HikaShop on our website and install it on your website to get the patch for your live website.
