No item on shopp cart after adding it to the cart

Hi!

when I try to add some product to the cart, I do not get it to appear on the shopping cart. After pressing the button "proceed to checkout" on pop up message, I get the message "the cart is empty".

All the cache is off.

Essential 2.0
Joomla 2.5.8

Need your help. Thank you!

well, it's solved, but in very strange way - unchecked both "enable multicarts" and "enable wishlists". Strange is that I afterwards enabled again both these and cart is working... :)

unfortunately it was not a solution...
my cart is not working again. And I don't think I made some changes that caused this fault.

as the site is offline, can I send Nicolas to you my access url just to check all my settings?

Just in case, can you re-download the latest version of HikaShop 2.0 ?

You can send an access to Xavier or Nicolas, giving us the url of your website, a backend access and the link of this thread.

I just want to inform that the problem is not solved yet.
I reinstalled Hikap couples of time but it doesn't help.

The problem is that cart is not working stable. For eksample one day it's working without any problems but next day suddenly it stops again. And no idea why.

I sent message with url to Nicolas but I see no one has yet connected. Shall I resend my url to Xavier?

Hi,

Nicolas is traveling to the Joomla World Conference, he would be busy for the next couple of days.

Hi,

I've made several tests and I cannot reproduce the problem on the front-end.
I didn't see any weird thing, just one little thing (which has no link with HikaShop) with your "carousel" on your index page which is pretty nice but have a strange animation when going to the left.
