Fixed expiration date with HikaSubscription

Hello HikaShop team,

I have two questions regarding your subscription system (HikaSerial or HikaSubscription):

Do you have a Fixed Expiration Date feature (e.g. subscriptions expire on 31-10-YYYY regardless of start date?

Can this Fixed Expiration logic also be combined with recurring subscriptions (e.g. yearly billing, but still expiring on a fixed date)? Or are recurring plans always based strictly on subscription duration (e.g. 1 year from signup)?
