Paypal: The card you entered cannot be used ...

I would recommend that you contact moneybookers. They asked us to add that option so that the credit card option could be displayed more clearly on the payment page. So I can't imagine that they don't propose payment by credit card.
Maybe it's comes from your merchant account which has to be validated on their end or something...
