changing postcode , does not auto update shipping

just a small note that , we have setup 2 shipping methods based on post codes.

if you login and [edit] your details ie; change postcode - it does not seem to update (always) only sometimes the shipping method.

any ideas on how to get this to work 100%

Hi,

Do you have some cache ?
Is the address right modified in the checkout ?
Would it be possible to have a link to your store ?

yes we have cachecleaner.

that could be the problem I have done some tests and I will post back here if problem persists.
