Italian translation

I'm translating HikaShop in italian language but I have a problem because, by cause of some configurations of HikaShop, there are some texts that is impossible to translate, manteining english version. i.e.: the methods of payments, because their names and descriptions are title and content of an article.
How can I do?

HikaShop is already translated in Italian: www.hikashop.com/en/download/languages.html
