I don't know if this is a Joomla issue or a Hikashop problem, but on core Joomla screens it seems to be OK.
On the products screen (backend), if I select all sub elements I should see around 200 rows - of course these are across several pages, so I select the "Display#" to "All".
The screen refreshes and indeed all are shown.
But the pagination next and end buttons still appear highlighted and functional and the display# reverts to 100 even though the complete data set is shown.
Not a big issue, but it took me and a user a few goes to realise and understand the behaviour.
