MAP Pricing

Is there a way to implement MAP pricing, also know as "see price in cart"?

Looking for a way to do this WITHOUT making a customer register first.

For users not knowing the term, it means "Minimum Advertised Price".

You can do that by creating one discount per product with the corresponding reduction compared to the original price. Then you can potentially change the text of the prices display via translation overrides so that it's clear for the user what each price is:
