Error microdata

Please make sure that the HikaShop Microdata plugin is deactivated as it is not necessary anymore.
Also, it can potentially come from your template view overrides.
If you still have the problems with the plugin deactivated, try renaming the files in the folder templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/html/com_hikashop/product/ via FTP in order to deactivate them and see if that helps.

If the "read more" button setting of the HikaShop configuration is activated, you'll get a read more button at the bottom of the description area when you edit your products and you can use that button to insert the read more in your products description.

Well, I don't see what you want to do.
In your screenshots, I see that you added a read more in the description, and that it then displays in the description on the product page. Which is what it is supposed to do.
Do you want it to do something in particular on the product page ? Maybe like in the show_tabular view ? Have a small description and the rest below ? In that case, there is no option for that and you'll have to add custom code in the view files of the product view via the menu Display>Views to handle that yourself.

There is no option for that with the show_default view file.
You could potentially do it with similar code than the code used in show_tabular, since the show_tabular view file has such mechanism.

You can create custom fields of the table "product" and of the type "WYSIWYG" via the menu Display>Custom fields so that you can enter the HTML you want for each product and it would then be displayed on the product page.
