Hello,

And we also have access denied errors.
Is there a firewall or anything which could block us for connecting (we also tried from different IPs)

Hello

I submitted the contact form again, this time with the subject line "FTP Credentials - Attempt 10".

And could you give me the IP address you're accessing from? Apparently, my hosting has a default restriction that only allows access from public IP addresses in Uruguay.
