Where I can change the text in the emails for remember password and user that are send
to the user?

Hi,

You can edit the email (and modify it) or you can just change the translations.
www.hikashop.com/download/languages.html#modify

the user don't remember the username or password.

Well, the "remember password" email is not an HikaShop email but a Joomla one.
So for more details, the Joomla support forum will be more appropriate.
