-- HikaShop version -- : 2.6.3
-- HikaSerial version -- : 1.10.4
-- Joomla version -- : 3.5.0
-- PHP version -- : 7
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : chrome
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : These is no error message..

I just want to know something that is not made clear in the instruction...
I am selling tickets to events with 10 to 200 seats per event..
Each event will be at a different place and time with a different price...
do I need to create a "Pak" for each event...
Or do i just need one generator pak and have it give the serials to each ticket sold?
The details on your instructions are "vague" ...even the photos are fuzzy so you cannot see the printing very well on the screen shots. I would like some clear instructions on creating multiple ticket sales and the generator for each of these... Thanks.. :( ;)

Hi,

In our documentation page, for most images you can click on them in order to see the full size version.

The organisation of the packs depends on your configuration and what you want to do.
For exemple, if you're using the "series" generator ; you need one pack per event.
You can also use a random generator and limit the number of places directly in the product quantity.
HikaSerial is highly flexible ; so it depends on your choices.
