Send the Hikaserial voucher code

-- HikaShop version -- : 4.2.3
-- HikaSerial version -- : 3.1.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.9.18
-- PHP version -- : 7.3.16

Hello, maybe someone can help me. I have the Hikaserial module and have voucher codes created automatically.This fits as far as only the problem is, if someone buys a voucher, he will be assigned to the customer, but he will not receive the code, if I open the order, the code will be in In the e-mail I place the order but the code is confirmed and I really don't know what to do next, I have no idea what I'm doing wrong.

Or does someone have an idea how I can solve it differently so that the customer receives an email with the code after confirming the payment.

I'm grateful for any help

Hello,

The issue you describe is usually related to the way that the order is confirmed.
It can be due to the confirmation in the HikaShop order listing (which prepare the email before confirming the order, thus the serial is not yet assigned to the customer) or a payment plugin not fully compatible with HikaShop API.

How do are confirmed your orders ?

Hi

So the confirmation runs via the plugins PayPal, Stripe and for invoices is confirmed manually because at the moment I also have the problem

Hello,

You have to confirm the order via the "order details" and not the "order listing".
The confirmation via the "order listing" cannot work with HikaSerial due to the problem explained in my previous email.
You have to click on the order to see the detail and confirm the payment there.
