Hi

I'm playing with PDFSerial but I get this error, when I'm confirming the order?

TCPDF ERROR: Could not include font definition file: arial

Hello,

Arial should be a system font provided by your server.
It means that font is missing.
You can use non-system fonts, you can see the list in the folder : media/com_hikaserial/fonts/tcpdf/
I would recommend "helvetica" or "courier"

But the PDF attached has no info printed on it and a new blank page has also been added?

Hello,

You can try without a PDF as template, it will create an empty PDF document.
The template implicates other kind of PHP library and maybe the PDF do have some special features enabled which make it more difficult for the library to use as a template document. PDF document can have embedded fonts, etc.

Hello,

Please try to use coordinates and values which are "small" ones.
I'm afraid that you're displaying something outside the limits of the page ; even if it's wrote "px" (as pixels), the PDF lib might interpret them as coordinates in inches.
You should first try with a X 0 and Y 0.
