Email Subscription expired not sending

Hi Support,

We have successfully received the subscription expiration notice emails, but the Subscription expired email is not sent.
We have wait 3 days after we received the email with the message that the subscription will be expired after one day.

How can we fix this issue?

Hello,

HikaSerial just have a "subscription expiration notice" email.
The other email was part of HikaShop for the old "paypal recurring" plugin.
