The coupon is generated, but not sent by e-mail

Hi,
I have a problem with cupon code.
I manage to create cupon for product, when custumer buys product he supose to get cupon code.

After product purchase cupon is generated in hikka serial, but client didnt get serial by e-mail.

Why client didnt get e-mail with serial?

We are selling subscribtion plans with emerald 9.

we have payment gateway Paysera.
So when client buys subscribtion plan.
1. Hikka shop sends email with order details
2. Paysera confirms order, and sends another one email.
3. Emerald activates plan

so i think everything must be automatic, without manual confirmation about order.

Hi,

The paysera plugin is using the HikashopPaymentPlugin interface and is compatible with the order confirmation system ; the email send is the classical "order status notification" email.
At this moment I will need more details about your HikaSerial configuration and Hika- versions you're using.

Hi,

This part of your HikaSerial configuration looks almost good.
You're not listing the "shipped" status in the "assignable order statuses" so I guess that you're not using this order status for your orders (otherwise the serials will be removed from the order).
You gave us your HikaShop version number but you didn't mentioned your HikaSerial version number.
It will also be useful to get more details about your configuration (pack configuration, serial generated, serial linked of a sample order, etc).

We have to first check that the serials are right assigned to the order before checking the rest (like hikaserial views used in the emails).
