Serials assigned in random order

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.6.1
-- HikaSerial version -- : 1.10.1
-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.8

Hi,

I have serials formatted like 001, 002, 003 and so on and everything worked well. Now we generated new serials and they are assigned to orders in random order, which is a huge problem.

Could you help me, please?

Hi,

Please re-download HikaSerial 1.10.1 in order to be sure to have the patch from December 23, which was made to fix that issue.

Hi,

Well, HikaSerial 1.10.2 have a new option for the randomize selection of the serial in the database.
In the pack configuration, you have a setting called "random pickup" and if that setting is activated, the serials will be chosen randomly ; otherwise, the "older" serial serial will be pick-up first.
A part of the "random pickup" has been introduced in HikaSerial 1.10.1 by mistake ; so I made a new package end of December to fix that.

Now that I have finished the test of HikaSerial 1.10.2 ; I'll be able to release it

Hi,

I think I found a solution - just generated one serial (001) and the others are created automatically when an order is confirmed - now everything´s perfect! Thanks a lot!
