generating PDFserials

-- Browser(s) name and version -- : FireFox / Edge up to date

Unfortunately I can't generate a PDF with a serial number for an order.
In the Hika PDFSerial plugin I can only access the image root.
The individual fields are always specified with an "undefined index".
I would also like to link the PDF download or PDF dispatch to the "Download" delivery type.
If a customer orders a ticket and selects delivery via download, the PDF should be attached directly to the order confirmation.
Can you please help me?

Hello,

Please re-download HikaSerial in order to get a patch regarding Joomla4.
You will have to delete your current PDF serial config and create a new one ; it will fix the saving of the "type".

Regarding the generation, if the plugin can't access the PDF template, it will be a problem. I recommend you to let the field empty for the moment ; your PDF won't have a template but it will create you a PDF from scratch.
