product option without a price

if a product option has no price, it always comes the errro message

"Artikel xxx ist nicht mehr verfügbar"

if it is selected.

It only works, if the option price = 0,00

Ok, and can you test it with the "Display 'add to cart' button for free products" option ("Hikashop->System->Configuration->Main") set to YES ?
