Checkout user points issue

Hi,

It looks like there is an issue with hikashop points in checkout.

After applying user points and trying go to next checkout step, page just refreshes and stays on same step, also points discount doesn't show anymore in cart view but radio button of points discount is still set to yes. After setting back to NO, process to next step works fine.

Tried to put hikashop user points view to other steps but got same results. Default template didn't help...

Can you provide an Url link to process some test our self ? And screenshot of Hikashop UserPoints Plugin configuration

Hi,

I am sorry but site is on localhost. However it is very easy to reproduce.

1. Add Hikashop user points view to any step.
2. Use points.
3. Try to go to next step.
4. Page just refreshes and nothing happens.

Attached my user points configuration image.



If you still cant reproduce it then i'll be happy to upload site to live for u.

Hello,

Ok, in that case in order to really reproduce in the same context, can you provide all relative configuration screenshot linked to your User point, as payment plugin, user configuration page, and complete checkout workflow view.

On your side, check your Acl of the different elements (payment, user group) and I advice you use HikaShop user point system rather than alpha/alta points (no more supported)

Hope we will move forward on your issue.
