a wrong <a href="/" Link after each DIV

Hi,
now, on my hike product pages or category pages,
there is a <a href="/" before or after or inside each div

so: wrong links on titles, description, even when I click into the quantity field…

How can that be, the pages are unusable because of those many homepage links.

I searched through the forum, but nothing helped

- I do not use SEF-Tools
- I did not change the views
- I tried also the build in Template "protostar", the same
- I deactivated all plugins (only Sitemap, GDPR and JrealtimeAnalytics, ark-editor), the same

can anybody help me, took me hours up to now ...
