Hi,

This is just to inform you that on your subscriptions page ( www.hikashop.com/my-account/your-subscriptions.html ) the link to re-purchase my subscription is seemingly broken. ( www.hikashop.com/component/hikashop/prod...heckout-1/cid-2.html )

Whenever I use that link to renew my subscription, it gives me a gateway error (504) at the checkout. An error that doesn't occur when I add hikabusiness to cart from your store.

Hope this is helpful in some way.

Thanks for the feedback.

Are you still having the problem or was it a one time issue ?
Because I'm not able to reproduce the problem on my end.
When I use your URL, I'm properly redirected to my cart with the product added to the cart automatically.

Hi, its appears to be working now!

Sorry for the false alarm. I already purchased a new subscription regardless, as it was just the link from "my subscriptions" page that wasn't working for me. I just have two in my subscriptions tab now, however.
