Some users can't login

Hey Nic,

Having a problem where some users can login to site front end. Some get 500 error.

Getting a fedex2 plugin fatal error.

Compile Error: strict_types declaration must be the very first statement in the script. The Hikari header comes before it. See attached.

I suspect that users who have items in their cart run into this as that fires the plugin.

I;m still confirming on my end but wanted to get this to you right away in case that header problem might be in more than this just one place.

Claude suggested that this problem may not occur in older php versions but shows up in stricter 8.2 and higher.
