Change "The cart is empty" text in cart module

Hi, is it possible to change the text in the cart module which currently says "The cart is empty"?

Which file would i need to edit to do this?

You need to go in the configuration under the tab languages and edit your translation file. There, you can override the string:
CART_EMPTY="The cart is empty"
as explained here:
www.hikashop.com/download/languages.html#modify
