Displaying Categories

I would like to change the default layout of categories at essentialsoffirefighting.com/ . I would like to display them similar to the products with 3 across and 6 down. Is this easy to do? I am not sure what to change in the backend or if it will be a coding issue.

Just go Display->content menus. Edit your menu and set the column option to 3 and the option number of items to 18.
