If i want to create a link from a text word or a picture to a hikashop listing product, categories o product page, how should i proceed?

What you should do is create a normal joomla menu for your link. Publish it on the front end. Get the URL of the link and then put the link on another "main menu" which is not used on your front end. This way, when your users click on that link, HikaShop will use the options of the menu your created and that menu won't be displayed on your front end since you don't want it there but in your article.
