How to display a read more button within a product description?
I can in a Joomla Article but within Hika I cannot find a way of asking the viewer to click a link to read the remainder of a description

There is indeed no button for that. You need to add it manually yourself:
www.hikashop.com/en/support/forum/4-how-...ml?limit=20&start=20
