products by newest listed item

I am almost ready to move my site to its real home!
However, I would like to have my products shown in the order the date order that they were listed. I have given some itms old datess, but the most recent items are appearing last.
The site is at newallyoucanbear.com
I think I have configured the display correctly?

That page is only for DEFAULT options. You have the same options in each one of your menus/modules, so you need to change these options there.
