subject line of emails

somehow my subject line disappeared in my order creation notification and order adminstration notification emails. what was the original text in those boxes?

It's:
ORDER_STATUS_NOTIFICATION_SUBJECT

and:

ORDER_CREATION_NOTIFICATION_SUBJECT
