Importing not catching all the data

I've tried to search the forum but can't find a solution.

I have the basic program and when I export my orders, it seems to miss exporting some data from some columns. Not sure how to explain. When I look at the individual order, all the information is there, but in the export csv file, the fields beginning with name field, some of the data did not export. I've attached the file. There should be content in every row of delivery, drivewaytyep, item1 qty and item1. You'll notice there are missing content. PS, I've already removed fields I don't want to share.

Appreciate any help. Once I resolve this problem, I want to consider purchasing the next program level.

Thanks

Hi,

The problem comes from your modifications of the export script. If you revert them, you should get the products information in the exported CSV.

I don't know the modifications you did so I can't tell you what you should do.

Thanks for the reply.

Not sure what you mean by reverting the export script  . I did not mess with any code since I'm not a programer. The only thing I did was add custom fields. Do you mean if I remove my custom fields (which I need) that the export retrieves all my fields?

I just select all the orders and hit export button. and save to my desktop. I then open in excel and remove the fields I don't need. Very basic; so I'm puzzled why some fields that I know has content does not show up.

Please clarify. The file I provided just deleted standard fields that came with the export.

Thanks

Well, none of the fields which are in the export file generated by HikaShop are in the file your provided.
So I thought that you changed the export script.
Apparently, you removed the columns you didn't want and changed the name of the columns.

Please provide the original file, just after exporting it from HikaShop.

Sorry, my misunderstanding. Attached is raw csv file minus private contact information data. Hope this will help in figuring out why only some data is missing when exporting.

So you're talking about the order with the id 44 for example ?
If so, please provide a back end access via our contact form (don't forget to specify the URL of that thread) so that we can have a look at the problem.

Through testing, finally realized that I must use 'comma' delimiter and not "semicolon" in order to have the export file to appear properly. I appreciate your earlier replies.
