Buy one item then another item is cheaper

Hi everyone, Hikashop newb here. Is it possible that if a user of the shop buys one item, then they will be able to get a discount on another item?
e.g. They bought this mower for $600 and because they did, they can buy a particular brush cutter for $100 less. Obviously automatically calculated in the shop.

I realise that after a user purchases an item you can change their access level which may be an option. Bit messy maybe.
I know they have discounts worked out at the supermarket for one particular product when you buy more than one of it.
Buy one item, get a different item cheaper is what I'm trying to say.

Actually you cannot change the price of one item after bought another one.
You can just set global discounts.

By access level, or with the alphauserpoint component.
