[Solved] About "Quota per user"

Can I select "No registration" under configuration>checkout>registration while still use the function "Quota per user" for the coupon?

In fact, how does the system identify the "same" user? email address, cookie, or what? Please pm me if it is not appropriate to disclose it here.

The system identifies the same user with his entry in the hikashop_user table.
When you use the registration, the user has to be logged in.
With the registration turned off, the user is matched for that restriction with the email address he enters during the checkout.
