Move the Error Message

I want to move the messages that say "Please fill in your credit card information" and the other error messages that appear at the top of the screen

is there a way to move that to a different position in my template?

By changing your template code yes. But the way to do it will depend on your template so we can't give you a precise answer. Please ask your template provider.
