how is it possible for the site customers to create their own shopping list so that they can buy same items in their next shopping time with minor modifications.

If they register on your website and create a cart while being logged in, next time they login without a cart, they will get their last cart loaded automatically.

We are working at the moment on a wishlist system which will allow users to manage their carts and wishlists on the front end.
