Dear Support,

I have a few problems here.
First of all, in the shop only one product appears. I have conectet the menut with product page, that's probably why. But connectin wiht categries listing and Products listing doesn't work either.

All my buttons "Zum Warenkorb hinzufügen" (add to chart) etc. don't appear as buttons just as simple text with white background. It's very difficult to note that they are there. Well, I have that problem with other extensions too, for example contact enhanced, so I guess it's a problme with the template that overwrites other styles. Is there something that I can do to make this buttons appear nicely?

I cannot find where to give the costumer the option to provide a second adress if the billing adress and the shipping adress are not the same.
I cannot make appear the shipping information at all, the shipping costs does not appear and it does not add to the summary oft the product costs.

Further, I don't understand this one: "Continue shopping button's URL : If you specify a URL here, a "Continue shopping" button will be displayed on the checkout pages (except on the last step where you don't want it)." What URL do I have to chose? An URL to another produckt? How to know this URL? Well, this point is not so urgent...

Thank you very much!

Yours sincerely,

Chantal

Hi,

1. It's normal that you see only one product if you create a product page menu item. That's what it is supposed to display.
Please follow that tutorial if you want to display a listing of categories with their products:
www.hikashop.com/en/support/documentatio...html#categories_menu

2. Regarding the buttons, it indeed comes from the styling of your template.
In the Display tab of the configuration of HikaShop, you can change the button style to use "css" instead of "normal" and it will use a pre defined button style instead of the one of the template.

3. That's because you didn't set a weight in your products and that the option "force shipping regardless of weight" is disabled in the Checkout tab of the configuration. So the system thinks that your products are virtual goods which don't need any shipping.

4. You can put the URL of your shop menu there. It's the URL you want when the customers click on "continue shopping" during the checkout.
