How do you create dropdown filter for...

I would like to create a 'Sort' button to sort the products by a dropdown of choices: Popularity, Highest Rated, Price. How would you do this with the current filter?

You can't. You will have to create three sort dropdown filters, one for each, the price, the average rating and the sales columns.
