Hi,

we already discussed about how to create a subscription for 1 virtual product (using acymailing and hikashop components).
However, i would like to know if it's the same technique in case user purchased several different virtual products at different dates ?
so for example, product 1 bought in september and product 2 bought in october.

so it would mean to have 2 different lists in acymailing.

i guess this is the best solution but maybe you already thought/have a different approach or solution.

thx

Yes, you can handle it with two lists.

We now have an integration with akeeba subscriptions in order to handle subscriptions:

hx a lot.

I've read that reccuring subscriptions are not handle till now.
So what would be the best method when subscription is coming to an end ? a simple remind letter by acymailing would be the best ?

thx

Hi,

You must be misunderstanding what is recurring payments.
Recurring payments means that once the user validates the payment on paypal, each period, the funds is taken automatically from the user account to yours by PayPal and the subscription period is extended automatically without any interaction. The user has to cancel the recurring payment on his paypal account in order to stop the renewal.

The current integration with akeeba subscriptions does not handle that. What it handles is the normal subscription mode, like you're doing at the moment with acymailing: when the subscription period reaches the end, an email is sent to the user so that he renew by buying again the product.

So from what I understand, what you want to do is already possible.
