Gift coupon creating by customer

Hi everybody!
I am newbe to HikaShop but reading very good opinions about it I have decided to try it.

I need to set up a big shop where shoppers will be able to create Gift Vouchers for their friends.

Is it possible with HikaShop? If so, please can you give some advice how? :)
