Changing template?

I am wanting to use Hikashop for a small library maintenance/checkout system. Is it possible to change some of the template labeling to something else, such as change "Brand" to Publisher?

Yes it's possible, you have to edit the language file in HikaShop > configuration > Languages, edit your language file, find the text "Brand" and replace the translation by "Publisher".
