Hi,

All PayPal payments appear in PayPal with a capture button. I have to login and collect the money manually. The IPN back to HikaShop does not work in that case: order status remains "Created".

I read somewhere that this is a variable that must be sent to paypal when the shop redirects the customer to PayPal.

However I cannot find such a setting in HikaShop.

Is there another way to let PayPal capture all payments automatically and instantly?

Kind regards,
Maurice

Hi,

By default when a payment in done using HikaShop and PayPal, PayPal capture automatically the payment, and then the status is "confirmed".
Are you sure that the problem don't come from your account type in PayPal, or a configuration in PayPal in your account settings ?

Hi Xavier,

I have no idea. First I was testing PayPal with my private PayPal account and it behaved this way. And since two weeks I have opened a brand new PayPal account, put it in HikaShop, and it behaves exactly the same.

So I don't know where and what to look for?

Any idea where I can check in PayPal?

Kind regards,
Maurice

In your PayPal plugin configuration, set the parameter "Enable validation mode" to "No", and "Yes" for "Allow payment notifications from PayPal".
