How can I hide or remove the Add To Cart button?

Hello! I'm working on my second store setup with Hikashop and am very happy with it. I'm using the Business version 2.0.0

There is one thing I have been struggling with for a few days now. Since all of my products require configuration I would like to remove or hide the "ADD TO CART" button on the category product listing page. Currently when I click add to cart the item goes directly to the cart and bypasses the specific item page where the product is configured. I guess another option would be to redirect the button to the item page.

I've attached an image to help you understand. I appreciate any and all help in advance.

Thanks!
Jeff

Hi,

In HikaShop Content menu (and HikaShop content modules), you can override the option in order to display or hide the "add to cart" button.

Thanks for the quick response Jerome, I have set the "Display Add To Cart" Button parameter to No, but the button still appears. I've tried deleting the items and re-entering them after I set this option to no avail. I also tried deleting and re-adding the category.

As a side note also, I have been successful in removing the add to cart button on the item page, but I do not want to remove that one, I'd like to keep it. I just want to get rid of the button on the category product listings page. Thanks again!

Hi,

There is no link with your products. It is just some configuration options.
You have to check your options for your menu (and module). If you change the Main option (in the HikaShop configuration), it would impact all your site.

If you just want to impact the category listing. You have to edit the module configuration which is associate with your menu category listing.
Open your category listing menu (in HikaShop). Look at the bottom left, click on the associated module and configure it.

Has this process changed? I do not see this option any more.
