Checkout form time

One of my clients report me that in checkout process if the people take long to fill the forms when they click continue it resets or the page does not show, even if they click go back same thing happens. is there any way to make the time for filling the form bigger?

This time is related on the session time, you have to change the Joomla session time in the Joomla Global configuration.
