How to rightful configure manual shipping

Hello, we're having lot's of troubles setting manual shipping configuration to a specific state of a country; we're just publishing in the shipping the country "Ecuador" and it's capital city's state "Pichincha". But when we start the check out process it says that there's no shipping available to the user's zone.

Also it would be good if HikaShop had a way to add images in certain product variants.

Are you sure that the address entered in the customer address is in the shipping method zone ?
Could you give us a screenshot of your shipping method configuration ?

You can already manage images for the variants, in the product edition page, click on manage variants, then click on the variant to edit and here you can set images for this variant.
