Hiding checkout module: missing from product page

Hi,

I was having a problem with the checkout page overlapping the column on the right hand side - so I hid the checkout module and recently viewed module from the checkout page. But when I specify the modules to be on all pages except the checkout page it removes the modules from all the product pages which I dont want. No doubt its a misconfig by me......

UPDATE:

The problem only seems to be if I select a product from the carousel on the front page. If I select from a category the modules display correctly. Cant see anywhere I can configure this in hikashop.

SOLVED:

Just figured out that if I set the menu option from "none" to category listing it works.
