System ->email

Hi,

sorry if this is a strange question :blush:
I´ve read through so many posts in this forum, because whenever i create an order i get the message "could not instantiate email"

i have the Essential version of HikaShop - theres no "email" in my system menu...



a plugin i forgot to activate?

Hi,

1) HikaShop use the Joomla email configuration to send his emails. So if Joomla can't send emails, HikaShop can't either.
Please check your Joomla configuration.

2) "System > Email" is for email editing, it's a feature of HikaShop business.
