New Field type

Hi,

we need a custom field with dynamic values for some of our products.
We want to have the customer to choose, for example, a joomla article from a dropdown list for a product.
Currently this isnt possible with hikashop you said.

I want to add this functionality to the existing fields. My idea is, that you can add php code to a field in the backend and this code generates the different values for the dropdown in the frontend.

My questions are:
Is this possible without month of work? Where do i have to start? Which files/classes must be changed and is there anything else i have to look at?
